Hours of Operation

Monday – Friday: 8 am – 5 pm
Closed: Saturdays and Sundays

After Hours

If your child has a medical problem that cannot wait until the office reopens, please call our office at 484-4233. Your call will be directed to our answering service, Care Link. Care Link is staffed with trained registered nurses who follow pediatric protocols. They will assist you with your medical concerns and if necessary will page a doctor to call you back. Please save your routine questions regarding mild illnesses, appointments, prescription refills, etc. for the next business day during office hours.

Emergencies

If a medical life-threatening emergency should arise, please call 911 or go directly to the Emergency Department. Emergencies are considered to be those conditions that are life-threatening: loss of consciousness, severe bleeding, seizure, etc. In the case of minor emergencies (lacerations, cuts, mild fractures, sprains, sore throats, ear pain, fever, etc.), please call our office first for instructions.

Appointments

Please call our office to schedule visits. We can serve you better if you have an appointment and arrive at your scheduled time. It also ensures the best use of time for both our patients and our staff. We ask that you give us 24 hours notice if you will not be able to keep your appointment so that we can offer that time to someone else.

Parents must accompany their children to the office for all well visits and sick visits unless arrangements have been made with the office staff BEFORE the patient is brought to the office.

Emergencies arise. We will do our best to advise you if there is going to be a delay in seeing your child. Your patience and cooperation during busy times is appreciated. Every effort will be made to keep your wait time to a minimum.

Inclement Weather – (Snow, Ice, Hurricane)

Your safety is our main concern. The office will be open weather permitting. Inclement weather decisions will be made by 7 a.m. Please check on our Facebook page or ABC11 WTVD for any announcements on our closures.
