Ms. Fisher is an accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in pediatric nursing. She obtained her Master of Nursing degree from the esteemed University of South Florida in 1994. She has demonstrated a solid commitment to providing exceptional care to young patients and their families throughout her career. Ms. Fisher’s journey in healthcare began as a Registered Nurse at renowned institutions such as Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center and All Children’s Hospital in Tampa, FL. During her tenure, she specialized in caring for infants who required respiratory support, showcasing her expertise and dedication to pediatric healthcare.
A native Floridian, Ms. Fisher spent the initial phase of her career in the state, working in primary care for 28 years. In 2009, driven by her passion for working with children, she relocated to the Carolinas. Her commitment to excellence in healthcare is evident through her continuous maintenance of certifications with ANCC (American Nurses Credentialing Center) and DEA (Drug Enforcement Administration).
Ms. Fisher joined the esteemed team at Calvary Pediatrics in April 2023 as a well-established professional in the field. Her involvement in numerous health fair events as a volunteer reflects her commitment to serving the community. She possesses a special interest in providing compassionate care to children with asthma and allergies, further highlighting her expertise in pediatric healthcare. In addition to her professional accomplishments, Ms. Fisher takes great pride in her personal life. She is happily married and cherishes quality time spent with her two adult children. Outside work, she enjoys indulging her pets and tending to her orchids, demonstrating her nurturing nature and love for the natural world.
Ms. Fisher’s academic achievements are equally impressive. She earned her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from Barry University, graduating with honors.
